    Love the top one - did you use a sort of blur tool/filter around the edges to add more to the softness?

    Thank you! Actually I shot that photo with a 50mm lense at 1.8 aperture so the background blur is straight out the cam. Other than that I just adjusted the tones using a custom action I made for black and whites, then added some vignetting.
