I've often wondered what it was about certain people / celebrities / style and taste makers that made the masses follow them. This is a subject that has intrigued me since I was a child so the video below, written and directed by Paul Rojanathara and Davis Johnson, helps illustrate the concepts and ideas that help make up the influencers of our time, particularly in pop culture and art. This is a cool documentary which has been blogged to death for the past month or so and features some top Influencers of today.

History is important as it gives us the ability to trace back what has occurred previously to help us better direct ourselves to the future. Style contributes to one’s overall character and truly dictates our persona in everything that surrounds us. We all contributed our individual style to this editorial and used a primarily monochromatic palette to assist the Black History Month theme.
